I had a hot shower for the first time in two weeks last night. I dont remember a time I was more grateful for hot water.
Last week was spent working. We painted so much. Today we painted almost an entire school, inside and out! Good thing it was only one room =)
On friday we went back to the ocean, I love the ocean! Saturday we visited a potter and a beautiful campground. Sunday I saw my first volcano close up. It was pretty stinky. And there was so much smoke we couldnt really see anything. I hope next time we go it will be clearer. The group sang a special number in church to...it was defiantly special!!!
I almost got hit by one of those tiny taxi on the way to the interent. That was pretty exciting. Last night there was a guy with a gun. Always an adventure!
Today half of our team got sick. We havent figured out from what but they are getting better. The people that got sick were the people that got needles. I didnt get any and Im fine...but maybe I will eat my words later.
School starts tomorrow here.

oh, janette. i can relate with so many things! so your mom is probably onto something... :D
the hot showers, for example! oh, what a treat those can be! but then agan, i didn't shower all that often in africa! :) i go so sweaty just from drying off that it wasn't worth it! haha!
